Rick Smith serves as President for Meadowbrook Insurance Agency – Saginaw. With over 43 years of experience in the insurance industry Smith specializes in commercial insurance, group benefits, insurance evaluations and buy sell scenarios.

Smith also personally manages numerous regional and national accounts. He is a Licensed Insurance Counselor (LIC) and possesses specialized training in insurance company programs, underwriting and claims experience.

He was a former Agent Advisory Council member of St. Paul/Travelers, Citizens/Hanover Insurance Company and additionally a member and past chairman of the CNA Pacer Advisory Council. He is also a member of the local and national chapter of the PIA (National Association of Professional Insurance Agents).

As an active professional within the Tri City communities, Rick is a member of the Saginaw Country Club, Bay City and Saginaw Chambers of Commerce, Kochville Township Development Association, and a member of the Detroit Athletic Club.
